Frequently asked questions

Good questions

Clear answers, without the jargon.

A few things clinics often want to know before trying new software.

About ClinicTrends.

We’ll keep this page updated as development progresses.

What does ClinicTrends measure?

It records answers to clinic-defined questionnaires. Scores are reported by patients on a 0–10 scale. They should not be interpreted as objective clinical findings.

Can I customise the questions?

The planned app supports custom questionnaires and categories, including pain, sleep, energy, mobility and stress.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. ClinicTrends is designed to work offline, with records stored locally on the clinic’s own device.

Are patient names stored?

No patient names are stored in ClinicTrends. Records use six-digit patient identifiers. Clinics still need to manage any link between an ID and a real person securely.

Is data encrypted?

Local patient records are designed to be encrypted on the device. Clinics remain responsible for appropriate device access and security.

Can I export branded reports?

PDF reports with clinic branding are part of the planned features.

Which devices are supported?

Android and Windows versions are planned. Final compatibility requirements will be published at release.

How much will it cost?

The planned free version supports up to 10 patients. An unlimited-patient unlock is planned, but its price has not been decided.

Can I join the waitlist?

The waitlist form is not active yet. Launch details will be shared on the website when signups are available.

Does it replace a clinician’s assessment?

No. ClinicTrends records patient-reported information only. It does not diagnose conditions or establish treatment effectiveness.
