Privacy should be straightforward.

Global App Craft.
ClinicTrends is published by Global App Craft. For privacy questions and requests, please use the publisher’s contact page.
This notice relates to the prelaunch website. The separate application privacy information will be finalised before release.
Local patient records.
ClinicTrends is designed so patient questionnaire records stay encrypted on the clinic’s device. The app does not require cloud hosting, a server account or the storage of patient names. Six-digit IDs are used instead.
An ID can still be personal data where it can be linked to a person. Clinics should consider their own data protection obligations and access controls. No patient questionnaire data is submitted through this website.
Visiting the site.
Like most hosted websites, clinictrends.com may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, browser details and server access logs, for delivering the site, preventing abuse and maintaining security.
Our website is hosted through Hostinger and uses WordPress. Relevant information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers. The current waitlist input is a visual placeholder and does not collect email addresses.
We have not activated a ClinicTrends signup database. Before any waitlist launches, we will update this notice to identify the signup provider, purpose, lawful basis, retention and unsubscribe arrangements.
Only what is appropriate.
WordPress or the hosting platform may use technical cookies where necessary for site security, authentication or operation. We do not intentionally use the coming-soon page to collect marketing preferences through its disabled form.
Hosting and security logs may be retained in line with the relevant provider’s configuration and retention policy. We will review cookie and logging settings before activating optional analytics, advertising or newsletter services.
You have choices.
Under applicable UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection, depending on the processing and its lawful basis.
To raise a privacy question or rights request, contact the publisher through Global App Craft. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We may revise this policy as the website and app develop. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
