Graphs and measures

Understanding the charts

Make sense of scores across visits.

Explore how ClinicTrends is designed to display patient-reported 0–10 questionnaire responses in a more useful visual format.

What is being charted?

Your patient’s own responses.

Each questionnaire category is scored from 0 to 10. ClinicTrends can show multiple entries over time so you can view reported changes between check-ins.

Possible categories include pain, mobility, sleep, energy and stress. You can set up other categories that are relevant to your practice.

Important: a larger number is not automatically better. Explain the wording, scoring direction and context of each measure to patients.

Illustrative visualisation

See the pattern, then ask why.

These example bars are invented for design demonstration only. They do not represent real patients, clinical results or the current application interface.

Clearer comparisons

Charts provide a visual reference for a discussion, not a verdict. Clinicians can consider trends alongside the patient’s circumstances and their professional assessment.

Report design

Choose what to share.

Create clinic-branded PDF summaries that bring together questionnaire records and charts. They should be explained as patient-reported information when used in clinical conversations.

Real screenshots from a fictional-data demo will replace the illustrative graphics when the app is ready for capture.
